Immersion Session : Managing a new banknote series project
The creation of a new banknote series is a complex and demanding undertaking. The requirements of many different stakeholders need to be taken into account, and numerous challenges along the project timeline need to be circumnavigated. In this immersion session, central banks will share their experience when they set out to create a new banknote series. Challenges encountered during the project and hands-on solutions will be discussed. This session is designed for delegates who are managing or will manage a new note series project. Ample opportunities to engage with the speaker and the audience will be given in this session.
