Caroline Coelsch, Project Manager Online- and Mobile-Payment at EHI Retail Institute, deals with payment topics, developments and trends in the German E-commerce Market. Ms Coelsch is responsible for the annual EHI Online-Payment Study and the Online- and Mobile-Payment workshop for EHI members. She is part of the Payment Systems Research Department and has also gathered experience on payment topics at the Point of Sale (POS). Hence, at the World Banknote Summit 2018, she will report on the research of Card-Based Payment Systems focusing on developments and trends in this field.About the company
